We the students of Estate Management Department, Obafemi Awolowo University, having firmly and solemnly resolved to live in unity and harmony as one indivisible and indissoluble body under God, dedicated to the promotion of solidarity, cooperation and understanding, and for the purpose of promoting good governance and welfare of all students of Estate Management, OAU Chapter, on the principles of fairness, professional ethics and justice, and for the purpose of consolidating the unity for all Estate Management students in Nigeria, do hereby, enact and give to ourselves the following constitution.
